COMPACT ASPIRATION SYSTEM

The compact aspiration system (AZ 02/04) is made for the controlled extraction of liquids from tissue culture flasks, cuvettes, tubes, microtiter plates, petri dishes or roller bottles. The bottles of the compact exhaust system are also autoclavable. This system is suitable for occasional use.

  • Type AZ 02/04 comes standard with membrane vacuum pump,
    1 bottle of 2 liters or 4 liters with quick lock connection, 1x 3 m hose with HEPA filter
    and required closures for the bottles. 
  • Weight: 0,9 kg.
  • Hoses can be shortened as required, very quiet vacuum pump.

  1. Value for money:
    There is an Aspiration system available for every budget, varying from a simple to an automatic system where the vacuum pump stops when the vacuum is reached. 

  2. User friendly:
    The Aspiration systems are easy to install and can optionally be fitted with a nozzle using Luer-Lock adapter  which allows the attachment of a Pasteur pipette. Attachments are also available with 1, 4 or 8 channels. A foot switch is also an option. For more information see the models 'standard (AC)' or 'automatic (AA)'. 

  3. Capacity & extraction speed:
    The Aspiration systems are available with bottles of 2 or 4 liters. The extraction speed depends on the model 8, 17 or 25 liters of air per minute. With the additional nozzle it is possible to adjust the extraction speed with the aid of a rotary knob.

  4. Cost saving:
    The automatic aspiration system can be connected to several (up to 4) bottles and extraction points.

  5. Easy to clean:
    With all the Aspiration systems, the bottles are fitted with a quick lock adapter so that the vacuum tubes are easy to remove and the bottle can be easily emptied and cleaned. The bottles are also autoclavable. 

  6. Accessoires:
    Various accessories are available for the Aspiration systems. These can be found under the various models. For the series 'standard (AC)' and 'automatic (AA)' an extension set (AE/AK) for several bottles is also available.
