Warranty and extended warranty

On all new equipment, we offer a warranty of 3 years (Memmert), 2 years (Hettich and B Medical) and 1 year (Helmer), our skilled service technicians are quickly available for any repairs. To prevent failures, you can conclude, as hundreds of laboratories already did, our popular subscription service for regular maintenance and qualification of your Hettich products.
