Maintenance for plasma thawing systems
Our customer service subscription includes:
- At intervals of about one year check of the function of testing the electrical function of the unit, checking the mechanical function of the unit, cleaning the appliance, oil and lubricate mechanical moving parts of the instrument, as may be necessary to adjust and calibrate the device.
- The agreed service package include the cost of working time and fare. In the case of collective bargaining salary increases etc., Hettich is entitled to increase the service flat rate by up to 10% without causing a termination of the subscriber. The invoice is due within 30 days of receipt, without deduction.
- If the Hettich service detects deficiencies, which cannot be eliminated as part of the subscription, then he will inform the user about the degree of repair and implement it if possible, on the spot.
- Performance for the subscription service is the location of the device.
- The subscription will take effect upon signature by the device user for one year probationary period. If it is not terminated before the expiry of one months of the year, the subscription is renewed automatically for another year.
The maintenance is carried out using certified measuring equipment.
